The offered Oxford PU of neon yellow colour with a surface weight of 200 g/m2 has found its main use for elements of workwear for rescuers and outdoor clothing. The fabric meets the European standard EN ISO 20471:2013, which defines the properties that high-visibility clothing should have. In addition, Oxford is ideal for accessories such as bum bags, pouches and backpacks.
The material has high tear strength, maintains dimensional stability (does not shrink) and is resistant to moisture. In addition, the polyurethane finish makes it non-wetting, and it has a water resistance of 24 cm H2O, but it is worth remembering that stagnant water will leak through it.
The canvas-weave fabric, which belongs to the group of technical textiles, is thin, lightweight, slightly stiff and does not stretch in any direction.
The offered material has been tested at the Institute of Textiles in Łódź for safety in applications for working clothing and accessories intended for children (standards PN-P-84525:1998, PN-EN ISO 13688:2013-12, PN-EN 71-2 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 71-3 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 1888).
