Is the minimum order quantity set at pinsola.pl?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. We sell various products in different ways eg: most materials can be purchased from 0.5 m (1 piece), but there are also those where the minimum amount is 1 m. The exact description can be found in the card of each product under the "ADD TO CART" button.

Can I change or cancel an order after submitting it?
Do I have to be registered to place an order?
No. In our store you can also shop as a Guest. In the case of orders placed as a Guest, your data will not be saved because we will not create a Customer account for you. If you want to register to place another order, you can use the same email address. Of course you can place more orders as a guest (without registration). To place an order as a Guest: Fill your basket and go to the checkout. You will get the opportunity to choose whether you want to register or place an order as a guest. Registered Customers can check the status of their orders at any time.
Will I get a discount when I order large quantities of a product?
We do have special discounts. To learn more about this topic, see the loyalty program section. We also offer discounts for half-wholesale and wholesale customers - in this case, please contact us.
Is it possible to save the list of favorite articles?
Yes. For this purpose, we have Favourties section but it is only available for registered customers. You can collect and save your favorite fabrics and sewing accessories there.
How can I change my user data or delete my account?
As a registered customer, you can change your user data in the tab "Account information" in your account. To delete your account, please contact our
Customer Service Office. You can also delete your account after logging in to your profile on our website.

Does the color of the fabric look exactly the same as on the screen?
Depending on your computer's monitor settings, the color of the fabric may differ from its online presentation. There may always be deviations of colors and deviations in the structure of the goods - unfortunately this can not be avoided and does not justify the complaint. If you want to see for yourself what properties the material has, use our sample shipment.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes, you can order samples of most of our fabrics. Samples of high-quality decorative fabrics or leather may be of smaller sizes. This option also exists for many articles from our tailoring accessories. Sample sizes e.g. tapes - may differ. To add a sample to your cart, click the "Order sample" link on the page with detailed product description. Up to 5 samples will be given for free. Above 5 samples we charge a fee of 5 PLN for each sample. If you order only samples, you can choose a regular letter and in this case you will pay nothing for the shipment.
Will I get my fabric in one piece?
Yes, you will receive all purchased materials from us in one piece in accordance with the quantity purchased.
All fabrics made of natural fibers can shrink, so we recommend washing the fabric before processing. Ideally at the temperature at which the clothes will be washed later. Cotton can shrink up to 5% and flannel fabrics up to 10%. On the page with details about the product there is information about its properties.
Are tailoring threads or haberdashery products suitable for materials available?
For many materials we offer matching accessories and other products, you canfind them at the bottom of product page.
How do you know if istripes are crosswise or longitudinal on fabric?
The stripes run like shown in pictures from store. If the stripes are vertical, then the fabric has longitudinal stripes. If the stripes are horizontal, then the fabric has crosswise stripes.
Where can I find information about the size - length, width and diameter of sewing accessories?
You will find them in the product description and in the variant field where you can search for the desired variant. This information will be also shown in the basket.

We offer a wide selection of textiles and accessories at favorable prices. We extend our offer almost every day. For easier use of the site, we have included product categories on the left. How to use the "Favorites" section?
Our "Favorites" is an one of a kind section. it can primarily be used as a list of favorite articles. "Favorites" are permanently stored for registered customers. Stock levels and prices are of course updated, and if the item you are looking for is sold out, it will be deactivated and will be removed from your "Favorites". It is possible at any time to move the article from the Favorites to the shopping cart.

Shipping and delivery
Can I track the status of my delivery?
You'll receive an automatic notification via email. You will find the package number and tracking links there.
What is the delivery time?
The order confirmation shows the date of shipment. Most likely on this day your order will be forwarded to the logistics company. In the case of orders paid in advance, the timeframe may of course be postponed. The delivery time depends on the chosen method of delivery and the delivery address. Delivery by courier shipment usually takes place within 24 hours from the moment of sending the parcel.
What is the extra payment for large packages?
We send goods that take up a lot of space as large packages. Such goods are for example artificial leather or large beams of material that can not be folded.In case of doubt, please contact our
