The loop knit sweatshirt in a very dark navy blue shade is recommended for comfortable casual dresses, skirts, tunics as well as blouses and trousers. In addition, due to its low stretch and high softness, the sweatshirt knit is ideal for baby clothes, accessories such as hats and chimneys, as well as accessories such as blankets or educational mats.
The knitted fabric's great reliability and popularity is guaranteed by its high content of natural cotton fibres (90%). Loop knitted fabrics produced in row knitting technology with backing have additional weft threads forming small loops on the left side. This construction determines many of the properties of the knitted fabric, i.e. limited stretch across and folded edges.
The blend of cotton and polyester fibres guarantees excellent comfort and convenience. The natural fibres make the fabric breathable while providing excellent warmth. In addition, it absorbs moisture very well, which in small amounts is not noticeable to the touch and does not tend to become electrified. The addition of 10% polyester improves durability and reduces the tendency of the sweatshirt knit to crease.
