Tape to iron along the scyes. After sewing, the scyes are flexible.
It is used to reinforce scyes clothing that could be deformed while sewing, e.g. arms, cleavage, French cuts, English cuts, bent bottom line.
It is also used for highly stretchable fabrics - it protects against stretching when sewing.
