The versatile, breathable, airy knitted fabric made from 98% cotton fibres and 2% elastane is characterised by its high quality, which can be felt to the touch. The jersey on offer has a high surface weight, which is incredibly important for applications such as leggings, fitted tops or high-quality pyjamas, nightshirts and underwear. In addition, our cotton knitted fabric in the popular and timeless grey melange is the perfect base for baby bodysuits, pyjamas, leggings and T-shirts, regardless of the baby's gender.
The first properties that come to mind with our cotton jersey are the incredibly pleasant, skin-friendly feel, the considerable thickness (for a t-shirt knit), and the slight stretch that allows the garment to adapt to the figure.
In addition, the natural, plant-based raw material makes the fabric synonymous with comfort and convenience, which is particularly influenced by such properties as high hygroscopicity, i.e. the ability to absorb moisture, which is additionally not perceptible to the touch in small amounts, good thermal insulation and high air permeability. Our knitted fabric is ideal for clothing regardless of the season and is increasingly used for accessories, i.e. beanie hats, chimneys and accessories in the form of sheets on elastic or baby toy items.
