Weft knitted fabric popularized under the name jersey single or cotton jersey in classic and always fashionable olive green is offered in a slightly thicker and almost non-transparent version with the weight of 200 g/m2, that is 370 g/mb. The high-quality fabric is suitable not only for classic t-shirts. Its properties, composition and Oeko-tex certificate make it perfect for tailored sportswear (tops, shorts, leggings), products of a slightly more elegant character (dresses, skirts, tunics) or year-round pyjamas, nightshirts or underwear. The guarantee of the absence of substances harmful to our health causes that customers very willingly use our jersey to sew unique and exceptional items of clothing, accessories and baby toys.
The material composed of 94% natural cotton fibers with 6% elastane admixture, first of all, perfectly lets the air through, is characterized by good warmth and does not tend to electrify. Additionally, it is hygroscopic, i.e. it absorbs moisture, which in small quantities is not felt in the touch. The second raw material improves the elasticity and pliability of the material, and these features are most visible when sewing clothes, which nicely adapt to the figure and do not lose their size during use.
The offered knitted fabric with a smooth (at first look), matt surface is delicate, soft and pleasantly warm to the touch. Its structure also affects the tendency to gentle folding of cut edges and a small tendency to fraying, which is used to create casual clothing with the so-called raw finish.
