The extremely versatile, high-quality material in melange green colour is offered under the name of garden fabric, because this is where it has gained the most popularity. The fabric can be used to make gazebo curtains, balcony sails, garden swing covers, cushions for deckchairs and seats or tipi tents for children. In addition, the woven fabric is an excellent choice for covers, bags, sacks and backpacks. As if that wasn't enough, the fabric has been tested by the Textile Institute in Łódź and is safe for children, for toys and prams and meets the standards for use in work clothing.
Although our fabric is thin, not heavy and stiff, it belongs to the group of technical textiles. This membership is guaranteed by its suggested usage, raw material and, most importantly, finishing with polyurethane. The colourless posttreatment makes the material water repellent on level 24,2 cm H2O, does not absorb water, but still water will get through it and is easy to clean. Polyester synthetic fibres are synonymous with durability, thanks to such features as high resistance to tearing, abrasion and the effects of many chemicals and moisture. Synthetic textiles also have low shrinkage and dimensional stability, which is very important while sewing.
The offered material has been tested at the Institute of Textiles in Łódź for safety in applications for working clothing and accessories intended for children (standards PN-P-84525:1998, PN-EN ISO 13688:2013-12, PN-EN 71-2 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 71-3 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 1888).
