2x2 rib knitted fabrics belonging to the group of row knitted fabrics have a characteristic ribbed structure on both sides. This technology determines the two-sidedness of the fabric and the greater elasticity in the direction of the rows, i.e. across the width. The visible ribbing running along the length of the knit is created by two bearings in the cylinder crochet machines.
The 60 cm wide grey knit is perfect for finishing sleeves, necklines, pockets and trousers. In addition, due to its high surface weight (310 g/m2), it can easily be used for tailored skirts, dresses or tops.
The knitted fabric made from natural fibres provides a high level of comfort. It is characterised by high air permeability, good warmth and high moisture absorption, which in small quantities is not perceptible to the touch. In addition, the material does not electrify and is easy to maintain.
