The delicate, lightweight, sensuous fabric popularly known as synthetic silk enjoys a remarkable smoothness and elegant sheen. Made of continuous polyester fibres, the material is characterised by low shrinkage, is durable and resistant to abrasion, and creases formed are easy to iron. The silk satin, thanks to the admixture of 3% polyurethane elastic fibres, is springy and stretches gently towards the weft.
A light sheen and a smooth, slightly slippery surface, with no visible interlacing, is guaranteed by our green satin fabric with long, properly spaced interlacing. Synthetic silk is the perfect choice for simple strapless dresses, elegant blouses, exclusive lingerie or accessories in the form of scarves or ties.
