The boucle coat fabric with a beige herringbone pattern is double-sided, heavy (550 gsm weight) but not thick. No additions it does not stretch, it dreapes nicely and softly and is opaque. Due to its structure and main applications, i.e. coats and jackets, it is recommended to use linings. In addition to aesthetic values, additional layers improves durability of clothes.
A mix of natural fibers (cotton and wool) with synthetic (acrylic and polyester) provides the fabric with excellent comfort and durability. Thanks to cotton and wool, Boucle fabric has soft, nice touch, it is breathable and hygroscopic. In addition, acrylic, wool and polyester has great pliability, thanks to which fabric does not wrinkle. Moreover the polyester improves the durability of the fabric.
