Barbie is a modern woven fabric with a double layered weft and warp. The material owes its success thanks to softness, flowing and slightly elastic structure (elasticity - thanks to the content of 5% elastic polyurethane fibers also called spandex). The thickness and stability of the shape determines, that the fabric is easy to sew. Additionally, it resists wrinkling and the severed edges do not fray easily.
The woven fabric should be ironed on the wrong side, because too high temperature can cause unwanted shiny spots. In addition, the right side surface is embellished with sublimation printing with flower and bees pattern in yellow color.
