Barbie fabric is primarily flowing, spoongy and slightly stretchy. It is characterised by a cool, slightly slippery feel. The double weft and warp has resulted in a fabric that is opaque and relatively heavy (185 g/m2). These features work well mainly in clothing.
The timeless Tartan colour check pattern was applied by digital sublimation printing. This technology ensures high quality, durability and vibrant colours.
The fabric is made of 95% polyester fibres with an admixture of 3% elastic polyurethane fibres. The above raw material composition guarantees the finished products high durability, ease of maintenance and use. The fabric dries quickly, does not have a stubborn tendency to wrinkle and is slightly elastic.
