The fabric may have printing defects in the form of thin, individual stripes occurring at the edges (up to approximately 30 cm). Due to the nature of the fabric, errors cannot be avoided.
Black nylon fabric with white, cartoon planets, moons and stars is recommended for thin spring outerwear. With additional insulation, it can be used to create down jackets, coats and waistcoats ideal for winter and parkas suitable for autumn chills.
A very dense and fine plain weave and low-weight polyester yarns ensure a smooth, slightly rustling structure with a slight sheen, while an additional finish with a special coating makes the fabric water-repellent. This hydrophobic finish means that liquid does not wet the woven fabric, creating "rolling" balls on its surface.
Nylon does not stretch, is soft to the touch and very thin, and due to its dark colour does not show through. Polyester yarns give it great strength and therefore durability. These synthetic, hydrophobic fibres also have a high pliability, which is reflected in the fabric in the form of low wrinkling.
