Classic melange grey on a cotton jersey knitwear of considerable thickness and surface weight of 200 g/m2, i.e. 370 g/mb is an ideal proposal not only for simple t-shirts, but also for fitted tops and even leggings. The material was originally used for simple T-shirts, but is now widely used in the clothing industry and in the creation of textiles for the home and for baby toys. Cotton jersey invariably forms an excellent basis for pyjamas, nightdresses, underwear, comfortable dresses, skirts and tunics in more casual cuts, beanies, infinity scarves, sheets, educational mats and sensory books.
Our fabric is smooth at first look, however, upon closer inspection, vertical stripes, or warp, can be seen on the right side, and delicate, horizontally arranged arcs on the wrong side, forming a weft knit. The construction of jersey has an influence on the tendency to delicate rolling of cut edges and lack of tendency to fray, which is very often used in the production of casual style clothing.
Plant cotton fibres that guarantee the garment a high level of comfort and the Oeko-tex certificate, which is a confirmation of the absence of substances harmful to human health, are the main factors for the unwavering trust among customers. This natural raw material, top in the category of clothing, is characterized by high air permeability, good warmth and hygroscopicity.
