The rib knit in the fashionable and neutral beige is characterised by alternating face and back loops, making it double-sided. This structure determines the high elasticity in the direction of the courses, and the addition of elastane ensures pliability.
In addition, the knitted fabric is relatively thin, light (290 g/m2) and has a pleasant, warm feel. The fabric is recommended not only for trimming garments (sleeves, necklines, pockets and trousers), but also for sewing entire tops or skirts. The ribbed knit fabric has the Standard 100 Certificate from Oeko-tex, which in practice means that it is free of harmful substances and is safe for our health.
The main raw material used in its manufacture is cotton. The natural plant fibres provide invaluable comfort thanks to characteristics such as high air permeability, good warmth and no tendency to electrify.
