High quality chiffon is recommended for delicate, flowing ball gowns, oversize tunics and dresses worn on opaque petticoat and as a interior decorations e.g. curtains. Woven fabric is lightweight (70g/m2), smooth, delicate, soft to the touch. It is characterized by a loose, breathable structure, obtained through the use of thin yarns. Polyester fibres used in production of plain woven fabric are durable and resistant to mechanical and chemical factors. The fabric in a timeless gray colour dries very quickly and is easy to iron.
Due to the sheer structure, it is worth taking care of the esthetical and neat finishing of the edges e.g. using a trim.
